1. Member Eligibility

To register and use the m99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. m99 is committed to protecting vulnerable individuals and complies with all relevant provisions.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• You must register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• You have not previously closed an m99 account due to a breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes and not at the direction of or on behalf of any business entity.

2. Account Registration

7. Prohibitions & Restrictions

To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all members, certain activities are strictly prohibited at m99. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate action, including permanent account suspension or closure.

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity or misleading information during registration.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the m99 platform for illegal financial activities.
• Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to exploit games, the bonus system, or any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or collectively exploit promotions (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward customer support staff or other members on the platform.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you to make a deposit into your m99 account.

8. Account Closure

You may close your m99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via the in-platform live chat. Account closure will be processed within 48 working hours after the request is received and verified.

• Prior to account closure, all eligible balances must be withdrawn first. Any remaining balance after the 30-day notice period may be forfeited.
